What do we do?
Supporting and Advancing the Pediatric Nephrology Research Community
As a smaller discipline in pediatric medicine, we know that nephrology does not take a back seat to more populated specialties. Supporting and advancing the pediatric nephrology research community is our main shared goal as Centers. We come together during our shared events and programs to build a base of early career researchers who are passionate about kidney diseases in children. We also look for opportunities to reach across specialties and disciplines to see how our scientific community can innovate for our patients. As separate Centers, we have ongoing research sponsored by our individually awarded grants to make advances in the field that can be shared throughout our community.
